Great, friendly service, highly recommend! The bikes were very well maintained and easy to ride. We just got the basic bikes but there was nowhere that these were difficult to ride. The young couple who run this business are so friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had an amazing time cycling out to the Imperial Citadel and the various tombs. Just lovely to get out of town and exercise!

Hired a good quality TREK mountain bike for two days from these guys. Great value and a terrific way to explore the Hue countryside and city. Also very friendly service and all up a memorable experience. Was a bit hard to find them as they are a bit hidden away in an alleyway but worth the hunt, Thank you so much Hue Smiles!

Hired two bikes for the day to explore Hue and area around the Citadel. Bikes in good condition and had locks and helmets. Cost was 60,000Dong for the day. We would certainly use Hue Smile again if we were back in Hue . Very impressed with them.

We were staying in Hue during Tet holiday season. After sending a message via facebook, we were informed that it was not possible to book a guided cycling trip. However we could still rent 2 bicycles for a day. We rented 2 mountainbikes, of high quality for 20 usd. We cycled about 50km and we did not experience any problems with the bikes.
We rented 2 bicycles from Hue Smile in order to explore more of the city. The price for both of them for the day was US$6, which seemed reasonable and it also included a free bottle of water, helmets, a bike lock and a map showing where all of the Temples and Pagodas on the outskirts of Hue are. The bicycles also had baskets on the front, meaning we didn’t have to carry our bags around with us! Very good service, friendly and helpful staff.
