All things as below is very important, it will help to make clearly some things before you make a reservation,

All the booking that you do it via email, phone or booking online is deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions. You must be an adult, at least 18years old and make a sure you are full legal authority to enter into this agreement for yourself and on behalf of all accompanying passengers on your reservation.

Depending on objective and subjective conditions, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and your responsibility is checking these terms and conditions regularly in order to update the newest information.

The price for all or per person,

For the group price: The transport services such as private car, this price is per car,

For the personal price: The package tour (Private tour), Group Tour, Bicycle tour or bicycle rental,… this price is per person.

Child policy

One child under 7 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided for free of charge.

1. Payment,

You can choose one of the methods below. You can pay all of your bookings or pay separately for each booking by:

  1. Paypal (pay extra 3% for transaction fee),
  2. Cash in VND or in USD at our office or our staffs,
  3. Bank Transfer (pay extra 3% for transaction fee),

2. Deposit,

You are required to make deposits or partial payments for your reservation. Until Hue Smile Travel receives full payment for your reservation, your seats will not be secured. Please make your complete payment as soon as possible so that we can confirm your seats for your booking.

If this amount is less than $50 per person deposit will apply.

Booking confirmation must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total price for the trip. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) will be paid upon Customer’s arrival in Vietnam. After confirming your booking, we will send you an invoice by fax or email.

In the case, the bookings fall on Tet Holiday, all the service on our website will be up 30% of the tour price.

3. Booking and confirmation,

All bookings have to be done with Hue Smile Travel.

In case some services cannot be confirmed, you will be informed immediately and offered with an alternative one.

4. Cancellation,

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 60-days before the check-in date.

Cancellation by Customer

Depending on the cancellation time, and if the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customers will be support to pay cancellation fees as follows:

Package tour:

  • More than 60 days before arrival:  No cancellation charge
  • More than 30 days before arrival:   we will retain your deposit
  • From 30 days to 15 days before arrival:  40 % of the tour price
  • From 14 days to 8 days before arrival:  50 % of the tour price
  • Less than 7 days before arrival : 100 % of the tour price

Daily tour:

  • 2 days  before  departure day: No cancellation charge
  • 1 day  before  departure day : 100% of the tour price

Note: The cancellation time is the time Hue Smile Travel receives your notice.

Cancellation by Hue Smile Travel

In case of force majeure regarding political conditions, natural disaster, wars, etc, we have to cancel the confirmed trip which the Customer has deposited or paid for. In such case, we will contact you for appropriate alterations or you will get full refund for your deposit or payment.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

Do i have to put a deposit or make a partial payment for a reservation?

You are required to make deposits or partial payments for your reservation. Until Hue Smile Travel receives full payment for your reservation, your seats will not be secured. Please make your complete payment as soon as possible so that we can confirm your seats for your reservation.

How long in advance must we book and pay for everything?

We recommend that you book your services as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Because our tours can get sold out. Expecially, Tours that may show availability online, it is very easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.

Besides that, we need to arrange all services for you such as tour guide, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, transfortation… in order to your booking always realdy, so you need to pay in advance for you booking.

How to complete my online reservation?

In order to complete your online reservation, it’s just a few clicks away. The following is directions on how you can reserve your amazing trip:

Step 1, On the right upper side of the tour page, you can see the letter “Booking”

Step 2, Fill in all the information including 5 contents inside,

Step 3, Fill in all fields with your detail and click “BOOK NOW” to complete all steps.

Once you have completed Step 3, you will see a message: “Thank you for booking with us. We’ll respond to your request shortly”…. We just want to inform that we have received your request. One of our staff will look into it and then get back to you as soon as possible!

You will receive a Receipt of Reservation instantaneously in your email. Please review details pertinent to your reservation, in your email, including tour departure date, time and location, number of room(s), price, and etc. If you see any incorrect information, you should reply to that email quickly so that we can give you a correct quote.
