Tour Itinerary
Departing from Hue Smile Office, we begin cycling along the southern bank of the Perfume River to visit the first sites of the day: the Tiger Arena and Elephant Temple, where you will learn about the historical period when elephants were used in warfare. We then continue riding through Thuy Bieu Village, enjoying the fresh suburban air of Hue and tasting ripe local pomelos, before cycling on to nearby villages specializing in incense stick making and bronze casting.
Following quiet country lanes into the countryside, you will pass Buddhist temples and shrines before crossing a floating bridge to reach the main destination of the day – Gia Long Tomb. The tomb complex is beautifully designed and harmonized with nature, surrounded by pine trees and stunning landscapes. A short walk here offers a truly peaceful experience.
After visiting, we ride to a local restaurant where you will enjoy lunch featuring Hue specialties, relaxing time.
The journey continues toward Khai Dinh Tomb, renowned for its intricate mosaic decorations and unique fusion of European and Oriental architectural styles.
Finish visiting, and enjoy the scenic ride back to the city.

FAQ
How is BK08B different from other biking tours?
A: This tour covers the greatest historical span, visiting the tomb of the first King (Gia Long) and the most modern, decorative tomb (Khai Dinh). It is also one of our longest day trips (50 km+), offering a more athletic experience.
Q: Is there a support vehicle available for this long distance?
A: For our private tours, we can arrange a support van upon request. However, the standard BK08B is designed as a pure cycling experience. If you are concerned about the distance, please let us know so we can customize the support level for you.
Q: Do I need a professional bike for this 50km route?
A: Yes, and we provide it! You will be equipped with a high-quality mountain bike (Giant or equivalent) and a helmet, specifically maintained for long-distance performance on varied terrains.
